Inspired by Bohus? Enter Our Bohus Challenge!
The Bohus exhibit at the American Swedish Institute may have closed — it ran through April 5, 2009 — but there is still time to create your own “poems of color” (to borrow the title of a popular Bohus book). The Knitters’ Guild is paving the way with a special exhibit, for which entries are due June 16.
Vendors at Yarnover 2009
Our annual Yarnover (held April 18, 2009, at Hopkins High School) isn't just about the classes; it's also about wandering through the market and getting a little of everything that's new. We have folks from the Upper Midwest and beyond selling yarn, patterns, knitting supplies, and general bliss. As always, admission to the sales floor is free of charge, even if you didn't register for a class. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
Get the most out of your love of knitting! Membership benefits include pre-registration for Yarnover, organized public service projects and camaraderie with fellow knitters. Annual dues are $30.
