Attached (link no longer available) are the proposed changes to the Minnesota Knitters' Guild Bylaws. The proposed changes are highlighted in red for emphasis only.

These proposed changes include the following information:

ARTICLE V. OFFICERS, Section 2. Terms of office
The reason for this proposed change is to denote the Start and End dates for each officer in their current terms in office. An asterisk marks which board member is serving a second term.

ARTICLE VII. EXECUTIVE BOARD
The change is to add "and newsletter Designer" to serve as an ex officio member. The reason for this proposed change is to include the Cable Gram newsletter non-voting member of the board.

ARTICLE XII. METHOD OF AMENDING THE BYLAWS
This change helps to expand the communication options "email, publication on the website or" in the newsletter.
