Artists Helping Children is a nonprofit organization that is gathering knitted teddy bears, dolls, and bags to send to gravely ill children in hospitals. They fill up these bags full of art supplies, cuddley animals/dolls, amongst other things to make children smile. They have tons of art supplies, but not enough cuddly animals and bags.

While this organization is not currently endorsed by the Minnesota Knitters' Guild, if you are interested in knitting for this charity, here is the link to their website.
