This is the event you have all been waiting for! In just a few short weeks — Saturday, April 17, to be exact — knitting royalty from around the country will be converging at Hopkins High School for a day of learning, fun, and stash enhancement. This is the MKG's 24th annual Yarnover, and for many members it kicks off the spring. The most difficult choice is which of the three- to six-hour classes to take. If workshops aren’t your thing, be sure to check out our ever-popular market, where wonderful goodies await your perusal. New this year, you can come and just see the keynote speaker for $5 (exact change please), if you do not wish to take any classes.

The random drawing for class registrations for current MKG members (those who paid their dues before December 31, 2009), is February 6, so be sure to mail in your registration form soon. After that, it is first come, first served for classes. There is always something for everyone. Tell all your friends to join you and us for a fabulous day of knitting bliss. Currently we still have Nantucket bags available for registrants.
There are some classes that don’t have homework required. As we did last year, these classes (provided there is still space available) will be open until the last minute the day of Yarnover.
If you have any questions you can reach Anna Blomster (Yarnover Registration) at or 612-867-8125.
See you there!
